Hello and Welcome!

Hey Happy Dog is a family business and we try hard to deliver the best customer & dog experience on the planet.

We operate from Samford Valley, Queensland Australia, and HHD is currently managed by Joan and Lee Walker, with family members doing stints as their lives allow.

We think it's pinch-me fabulous to be in a business that can make the world a better place for our customers and their dogs!

Bob - fabulous furry Groodle, his job around here is Chief Morale Builder and he's great at it!

Dougal - Mini Poodle, born in Macau, now on the farm (that's him in the pic)

Scott - the great survivor, his story here

Lola - wishes she was a lap dog, but 65kg! Her family didn't see that coming when she was a rescue puppy (♡)

Barry - active and sweet in equal measure Jack Russell

Jane - Schmoodle, has everyone wrapped around her little paw

Indie - sleek and calm Kelpie

Rollie - Border Collie, 4 young kids keep him busy!

Sako - German Wire Haired Pointer, she shakes with love for her 3 kiddos

Dolly

Every business has a reason for being, and for us it was our Labrador Dolly. She's our poster girl and was our four legged founder.

At only 18 months old, Dolly was close to paralysed with arthritis (you could see and feel the large lumps inside her back legs) and was given just months to live.

It turned out that commercial food was poisoning her from the inside out.

After only a few weeks of changing her diet to the forerunner of Hey Happy Dog, she was back on her feet and fishtailing with joy! The rest of her beautiful healthy life was lived that way, and we're forever, forever thankful for the healing power of real food.

We know we can't compete with the love dogs give to us (that's not possible), but we're doing our best to deserve it.

This means speaking out against toxic foods that slowly poison them—and doing our utmost to bring about change via fresh natural food that deeply nourishes and heals their bodies.
